How can my new home accessory designs be discovered?

I have come up with designs for bathroom accessories, throw pillows and rugs that I have drawn on paper. I believe that this is going to be my path to financial freedom. I have had ideas in the past but I have become so passionate about this. Does anyone have any ideas about the steps that I could take in presenting them to companies to take a look at? I have my own name and logo.

1. I would advise you to take a small business course at university. That will give you lots of useful information, including marketing your products to corporations. You may also find taking an interior design course helps, too. You could also make some of your products and start selling them at fairs, online at places such as e-bay and locally, through small stores. This will give you an idea how popular they might be. This will also start to build you a reputation. Often, large corporations don't just want a design, but want to buy large amounts of wholesale products from an inexpensive supplier, and other companies employ their own designers to maintain their brand image. Contact sopme of the companies you had in mind and ask what their policies are. Unfortunately, becoming Martha Stewart takes a lot of work.
