guest bathroom remodeling ideas please help me!?

I live in a small condo. The condo's value is about 300k (i live in los angeles) I want to remodel without spending a lot of money...what should I do to the restroom floors...sink....mirror and shower. Please help!

1. you need to sit down and decide a budget first then check prices on the things you want in there next contact a contractor and get a labor price then work within your budget
2. You can also look for used component, or in other word's second hand goods around your area, or a second hand shop, would much cheaper and best too. I suggest.
