How can I tone down and decorate the BRIGHT yellow bathroom in my new apt?

The previous tenant even painted the shelves and cabinents the same yellow! It's really overwhelming and kind of driving me nuts haha, but I don't have time to repaint... I just want to accessorize the bathroom to make it look more stylish and modern and not so....YELLOW! Thanks!

1. try buying torqouise, royal blue, orange and green towels, tropical fish accents.(pretty and springish). Or you can use brown and orange colored towels with bamboo accents.
