Know where I can find some spa stones??

The other day on TV I saw an interior designer use spa stones to cover up a bathroom floor. He put them around the corners and edges of the wall and around the rugs to hide outdated tiling. Does anyone know where I can find those rocks for pretty cheap? They look like black spa stones or something... 1. for free from a beach! or river bank... thats where the shops get them from, so just go to the source!

If you want them cheap, it depends on where you live, you can find them for free if you go to a good beach, mention where you are, or else beach pebbles do the job they look gorgeous, I did that but in my back yard, my previous home I sold and was beautiful, but they are expensive, they sell them in large bags, construction sites, and builders, I got mine from them in my area and they were still not cheap.
