Any opinions on Jeanese Rowell Interiors in Palo Alto, CA?

I need to upgrade my kitchen and bathrooms, and am hoping to find a good designer/architect and contractor who can do a nice job at a reasonable price. If you have worked with this firm, can you comment on the workmanship, dependability, and cost? Also, how much constant supervision was needed? Also, how were conflicts dealt with when they arose? Do you have any other recommendations for a Palo Alto area home? Thank you in advance!

1. I've never worked with this design team, but have seen projects they worked on. Design work looks very good. That's about all I can add to the mix.
