does anyone know how to clean or improve poole mosiac tiles purchased from Dolphin Bathrooms.?

i had a bathroom installed from Dolphin Bathrooms and chose poole mosiac white tiles for flooring. they were put down with grey grout and are rough and do not clean at all. my floor is horrible. any advice welcome.

1. You can try painting your grout, white, you can buy paint that does the job.
