Free Interior Design Tool?

Anyone know of a good freeware/shareware interior design tool? I want to be able to produce a scale drawing of my living room including to-scale fixtures and fittings. Benig able to view the result in 3D would be useful.

1. I just did this tonight for my bedroom by downloading the free IKEA room planner. The only thing is, it is exclusive to their products. Nevertheless, its free and it does the 3D thing which is sooo cool! (I know, I need to get out more!!!) Happy planning. :)
