we have mold around the upper corners of the bathrooms, how do i remove it safely? and how do i know if it's..?

under the wallpaper itself (and if so, how do i remove the wallpaper safely?) the mold is black, and on the ceiling, which is drywall, it looks like splotches of red. 1. Wash the walls and ceiling with a cloth dampened with a bleach and water solution. If it won't wash off, it's in the wallpaper. If you want to remove the wallpaper, use wallpaper remover.
