Value of an autographed Kitty Wells Country Kitchen Cookbook?

I'm wondering if anyone may know the approximate value of a 1964 Kitty Wells Country Kitchen Cookbook with signatures from Kitty Wells, Bill Phillips, Sue and Ruby Wright, Johnny Wright and Minnie Pearl on the cover?? This book is in very good shape for its age!! Or who would I take it to to get it appraised? Thanks for any info you can give me!
