Portrait innovations?

I have read alot of reviews but What was your experience there? Were they friendlly and didnt rush you or were they rude and horrible service? How many pics did they take? Did they let u edit ones u weren't buying prints of that day? Also if u bought the $69.99 package what came in it? Just wondering about this because I'm taking my son there for his first pics and he will be 7 weeks old when they get done.
