What was the movie that had the man and woman with hearts on their bodies?

I remember a preview of a movie where the ending sign was like a picture of bathroom sign of a man and a woman. The man had a heart over his crotch and the woman had a heart over her chest. I tried looking it up and could not find it. Thanks in advance :)
