Can I wear this to church?! ASAP!! Teenage Girl, Please help!?

Or should i do solid grey tights? Or no tights? Whats your opinion? I want to be dressed comfortably and still nice, Thank you very much. (:

1. The bottoms site won't show anymore. The blouse is okay for church, but the tights are more for a party, and church is more conservative than a party.
