Help designing a poster or two?

I need help designing a few posters for a family reunion. One is for my cousin, Marcus, who is currently serving in the marines. He'll be finishing up his service the day before the reunion, and we'd like to make a poster for him with his picture, some marines stuff, and something like "Welcome Home" or "Thank you for serving our nation". Anyway, the other poster is for the graduates. I'd like to include their names. If any of you can give me some ideas it'd be great. I'd rather not have extremely boring posters, so any creative ideas are helpful. Thanks!

1. For marcus why don"t you draw a pic of him standing on a hill. And then draw planes flying over head pulling the flag saying A job well done welcome home marcus. Why don"t you draw the graduates standing around him. You could even have them holding smaller flag es. Any way good luck
