- Both of those houses sound ridiculously big so neither, but seeing as I don't want to live across the street from my parents and I'd like a greenhouse I'll pick option #2
- Both are over-indulgent & wasteful so I vote for neither. You can take this or leave it...learn to live simply with less. I have done many very famous athletes & politicians homes that were in excess of 20,000 sq ft. They had no more of a happy life than the senior lady's home in the projects that I also did...& I dare say she was much wiser & fulfilled than the rich people with so much "show". I really don't mean to preach, but I'm old & have earned the right to be brutally honest with those who strive to "have more", "have better", & "live big". (And I'm Republican - LOL!!!) I've pretty much seen it all & am not impressed with the living large mentality. I am VERY impressed wth living modestly & efficiently without waste & excess. WOO!!! Pretty honest here - just "keeping it real" - don't take offense.
- buy the smallest house and get the one with a walk in wardrobe.
