How to develop my company?

My Company established 2002, own factory, we are specialized in making cabinetry:modern ktichen cabinet ,bathroom vanity and wardrobe. And we work custom design orders.Supply OEM produce. Exactly,I carried on it from my father and come this company 4 years. In the pass years, we alway supply for trading companies in China. This is the tradition way of father, I want to improve something. We can finish 3000 sqm lacquer kitchen doors per month, also supply carcass in particle board or plywood. Or 800 sets completed kitchen/month. The quality is very high. Some large chinese suppliers ask us to supply doors only,they sale with their top brands in china. Right now, I work with new partners who experienced design and selling. We seeking our kitchens to Australia,Canada( Why not U.S.? American people prefer to solid wood ktichen only, I think.)
