Where can I find a CAD course?

For kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms etc... I'm currently a kitchen designer but looking to switch companies. A lot of them are asking for CAD trained candidates however I haven't been using it with my current company so need some qualification or training etc. Does anyone know how it works?
