How do you make an interior design presentation board? What should be included on the board.?

This is for a project updating an office for the school president.

1. Include paint samples, if you're using custom fabrics make sure you include those. Pictures of what the office will look like. Pictures of the furniture you plan on using. If you're replacing the floor you should include a sample of the carpet of the wood you're installing.
2. I'd paint the board with the main wall color and have chips of any accent paint colors. Include samples of the carpet and any fabric's you'll be using, as well as wood stains, and photos of the furniture and accessories.
