What is your favorite Unique baby product for 0-6 months?

I am having a boy this August & I am just now getting to shopping, I would love to hear any must haves. Specific please, I already have 2 kids but it has been a while. I love unique & convient baby items.

1. im having my first boy due in july. i had my daughter 6yrs ago. i absolutely love the JJ COLE SYSTEM 180 DIAPER BAG. you can get it at buy buy baby or babies r us.
2. Diaper changing table, however, I do believe they are part of a dresser now.
3. Moby wrap, or versatile carrier. It is much more convenient than a pram for running small errands, hands free breast feeding and even makes it easier to do things around the house. (especially if you have a fussy little one)
4. Awesome, another vote for Moby wrap. My number one product for babies.
