How i can make Heat load calculation for small office HVAC system?

i am an interior designer,working in dubai,now, when i design the HVAC system for small office or shop,the authorities asking me the Heat load calculation,i am not much aware about it,so how i can resolve my problem,is there any simple software?book?online course?

2. You need to consult with one of HVAC engineers, there are plenty in Dubai, but such small office does not require all this hassle
