Natwerk Designs

Are there any good Interior Design games, software or downloads that I can use for free?

I'm looking for something slightly professional that's not too complicated but maybe something similar to the Sims that I can create my own Interior Designs. Does anyone know of anything good? I downloaded the trial for Home Designer but it was way too complicated. I've also played around with the Ikea designer which was pretty good.
