I need help with A Tale Of Two Cities?

I'm looking for stylized settings in books one and two. A stylized setting is one in which the predominant style is present in many if not all of the design elements of the setting - the lighting, the weather, the landscape, the architecture, the hairstyles, the clothing, objects, speech, etc. and can be contrasted with a naturalistic or traditional setting. I think England and France are one of them, but are there any other specific places?
