What represent s a Greek restaurant?

I'm am interior student and for my finals I'm designing an Greek restaurant. I would like to any information that is available when it comes to building restaurant, esp a Greek one. For example how much kitchen space you need? What colors represents Greece Examples, pictures of creative one o f a kind restaurants. etc. Thank you very much for helping me out. :)

1. Well you have to remember that Greece has a Muslim Majority of 97.34% of the entire population. Because of this, and especially the homosexuality problem in Greece, you should probably make the restaurant resemble a Mosque, preferably the Mosque in Athens. Also because of the thriving Gay Community in Greece, try to add some pictures of Male Olympians have sex with each other in order to make Zeus proud.
2. There are some differences between Greek restaurants outside Greece and the ones inside. For a medium restaurant you would need a kitchen about 30-50sqm Use light and bright blue, green and white colors like aquamarine and turquoise, use a lot of light. Use plain wooden tables with white table cloth and simple thatched chairs. Absolutely important to have open face to the street, most Greeks, me included will never enter any place that we cannot see in from outside. For decoration choose sea patterns or an Ancient Greek theme.
3. I must add to kimons answer...as it reminded me of soem thing ridiculous and hairlirious that actually happedn to me... I was visting greece for the first time in 1982...one day we whent to the port of p.erius...we decided to do a full circle of perius..and at one instance we where coming up a hill the type u cant se the apex till you get there..any way we where driving a mercedes... and as we approced the apex of the hill we could see a man in white shirt and black pants in the middle of the road...with both hands in the air hold some thigng between them.!..what a character we thouhgt.. as wwe came near to him..we heard him shouting ...and as we got even closer WHAT HE WAS HOLDIGN IN HIS HANDS ..WAS A HUMUNGUS OCTUPUSS.......lol he was spruking for our bussines to the resturant..lol ,,now that is adverstiing..but really in bad taste..OCTUPUSS?...H HA HA HA HA
