How many chefs are needed in a greek restaurant?
I'm an Interior student and I'm designing a Greek restaurant. I need this information to figure out how much space is needed for the kitchen. Also What are the function that goes within a greek restaurant? Other than a bar area? Thank you :)

- In a traditional Greek restaurant there are 10 chefs(Poknoks) and 20 servers(Jamborikis). There's no bar in a traditional Greek restaurant. Each Poknok is responsible for different aspects of the restaurant that is based on Greek tradition. When you arrive at a Greek restaurant, the Jamborikis(Servers) dance to Zorba the Greek, and present you the Babo-digo-bo wreath which is a traditional welcome wreath that is made from the beards of 100 unmilked goats. Brektos, the head Pastry Poknok serves bang bong binki ninki baklava( a Greek pastry dish which consist of raisins, prunes, and Lucky Charms wrapped in phillo dough, and brush with a honey butter sauce and baked in the oven) before the Jamboriki seats you. As you are seated, and this is Greek tradition, the Jamboriki presents you The Hat of a Thousand Quibbles( a headpiece that is worn by the customer as a sign of respect), then Kristos and Brunos, the 2 Zoltan Poknoks (Sous Chefs) arrive at you table with batbatmichi( eel wrapped in grape leaves). The Jamboriki brings Linki-Mooki, a spiced Greek drink that is garnish with sheeps intestine. Once you are done, the Jamboriki will escort you from your seat to the stuki-mooki( the carving station) where Porkos, the Bippi Poknok(Butcher, Meat Chef) carves and serves mishi chados stiki chiki which is a greek style honey glazed chicken. It is forbidden to walk by the Skeptos (Kitchen), but you can hear the other Poknoks: Kristos, Philo, Davros the soup chefs(Oompo Poknoks), and Devo, Stavlo, and Stravo the vegetable chefs (Bingi Poknoks) singing their traditional Greek song "Bibbibaka Ditty". The Jamboriki will escort you to the Bopotilde to play hok pok ponk pa konk konk ( a game where you hit rocks with a stick). If you are with your wife, you won't be escorted to the bopotilde, but you will be escorted to the Nupitiki-SATiki where the couple is fed honey-roasted chalkidikis( goat's spleen) and they must wear the Bitatatoutata Ratatatouille(The Greek marriage necklace) as the rest of the Jamborikis sing "Epapepopokono Hodgi Bodgi Bam Boom"(The purification of wearing the Biatatoutata Ratatatouille).
- The more, the better. They end up killing each other over little things.
- it depends on how many people you intend to feed, and what you feed them. if you are an Interior student, one wonders if you ever go out!!
- That depends on the size of the restaurant I would think. Most restaurants have 1 head chef and at least 1 sous chef.
