Who does the interior designs for T-Rex Cafe?

My boss is really interested in the restaurant, ever since I brought back pictures. I've done some research, but it looks like Landry's Restaurants Inc is pretty secretive when it comes to that stuff. Anyone know the designer(s)? T Rex Cafe Site: http://www.trexcafe.com/

1. Most restaurant have a core design team and then sub contract. The best is take lots of pictures,and give them to a contractor,he/she can go from there
