Modern curtain designs ? please help?

So We finally bought our own house, and I want the living room to be on modern style, im thinking of an L shaped couch and some other stuff .. but for the curtains i'd like something like the last one on this arabic website .. http://www.sahab-alkher.com/vb/showthread.php?t=47705 but i'd like to see some other colors and designs similar to this one so please help :) im not talking about the fabric .. just the way the curtain is pulled up and down .. I saw this design in some hotels in Europe !! so no I dont think its a middle eastern design !

3. These are called roman shades. They blend well with almost any decor, & I think they are fantastic alone or with panels over them on a decorative rod. They are. in fact, my favorite window treatment. A wonderful site to explore is www.SmithandNoble.com
