How much should I rent out my condo for?

My parents bought me a condo in Manhattan near central park for my birthday (lucky me). It has a very nice view, floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen and one bedroom, modern bathroom. Anyway, I wanted to know how much I could rent it out for per month?

1. Interview several realtors (check listings to find ones who do rentals in the area) and see what they reccommend. Be very careful of rent control, though I'm not sure if it applies to your circumstances.
