How long does it take to master Adobe Creative Suite (CS5) Design Premium ?

How long does it take for someone who have NEVER used Adobe Creative Suite (CS5) Design Premium before, no experience whatsoever besides very shallow knowledge of photoshop, how long does it take for someone to master every program inside the Adobe CS5 design premium from scratch? Also what is the difference between the CS5 Design Premium and the CS5 Web Premium ? Thanks !!!!
