How hard is basic interior designing course?

I am a Photographer and Web Designer and have experiences in designing Booklets, Covers, Book Covers, magazine Covers, Magazine Layout, Corporate Identity, Letter Heads and other paper work designs. Do you think interior designing would be easy for me?

1. I do an Interior Design degree. To be honest, none of those things have anything to do with the course. I believe you are confusing Interior design with Interior decorating. They are 2 completely different things. Interior Design is Architecture from an internal perspective. To do Interior Design you must be creative, but you must have a knowledge of Planning, Measurements, Calculation and immense innovative ideas, basic Psychology and knowledge of the resistance of materials in a specific environment. Whereas, Interior Decorating is dealing with colour and what furniture goes where. Without these skills interior design will be complicated for you.
2. I think you would do great in Interior Design. You already have creativity and you will make a great portfolio and present yourself well which is the most important thing in Interior Design. The courses are not difficult but they are necessary for you to begin your career in Interior Design.
