How to make our school bathrooms cool without the teachers knowing?

Our school bathrooms are GROSS. Well, I want to make them cooler without the school staff noticing. How can I make it smell better and look better? Also at the end of the day my friends and I sort of go in the bathroom to get back of the bus (confusing, I know). But basically we go in the bathroom and just like stand there, what can we do?

1. Doing anything to alter school property is going to be frowned upon and may even be considered vandalism. Yeah, even if it is an improvement. And, there is no way you can do this without authority knowing. The janitors will surely let the superintendent know that someone changed the appearance of the bathroom because that is their job. So, let's think about doing this the right way. Go to your parents. Parents pay taxes and have a better chance at being heard than words from a kid (that would be you and no offense, really). Have you and your friends tell your folks that this bathroom could really use a overhaul with something as simple as paint. Maybe, just maybe parents can join in and get a local hardware store to donate a couple gallons of paint even before they call the school. Schools are on a tight budget and if they think they have to spend money, their first response may be "no, it's not in the budget". So, if parents have an answer to where the paint is coming from, perhaps you will have a better chance of getting the bathroom painted. You can maybe get the school to buy stick up air fresheners and place them in inconspicuous places so they stay put. Good luck to you. P.S. I also always liked the back of the bus better, too!
