  1. i suggest you to see : http://tiny.cc/ramom good luck :)
  2. There is absolutely nothing on this resume that would motivate me to call you. From the top: Details: Don't put "details." Just put your name on top of the page-- centered, bold, large-font and proud. Don't put the goofy label of "Name:"-- they can figure out that it's your name. Then put all your contact information beneath that in a standard font size. Personal information: Delete this stuff completely. Age and birthdate have no place on a resume. You may need that for a job application, but ditch it here on the resume. Your health status is 1) subjective if you don't actually have a physical exam to prove it and 2) none of their business really anyway. As long as you can perform all the duties requested of you, your specific health is not something you should discuss during a jobsearch process. As for your license, in our culture we generally assume that ALL people old enough to drive have whatever license they qualify for. The only reason you would put this down is if you had a special license like a truck or bus license. Interests: Delete. Useless information. Education: Good. Tidy it up and capitalize things like "Level One." Attributes: Just like interests, this is useless to a potential employer. Delete completely. If you want someone to say these nice things about you, have your references write you letters of recommendation. You saying it about yourself is just you talking and filling up space on the page. Work Experience: When someone looks at a resume, the experience is what should stand out. A resume is also all about quick information. Your experience is hidden confusingly in sentences. Use a format more like this: Position Held, Place Worked (Dates Worked). Make each separate experience a bullet point and bold the position you held. Make it look like this is the central part of your resume. If you really want to, you can add short notes beneath each bullet point if you think it's worth describing some special things you did there. Ditch the complete sentences. Your resume doesn't feature your experience. Your resume attempts to hide all of your information amongst wordy descriptions of how great you think you are. References: You need at LEAST three.
