When will my package arrive with UPS Mail Innovations? It's taking SO long!?

Last Monday (June 12th), I ordered a computer game from Walmart.com because I couldn't find it in the store and it was cheaper online than at rival stores. I qualified for the free shipping, so of course I took the offer, thinking that since I ordered it on Monday, it should at least arrive by Friday or Saturday. I was wrong in my assumption because they shipped my package using UPS Mail Innovations. I don't know why UPS would want to ever work with the USPS (snail mail) but it was free shipping so hey, I guess that is what I get for taking the cheaper route. I just live in Richmond so I don't understand why my package would just be sitting in the post office warehouse just waiting to be delivered... But when is my package going to come? NEVER use UPS Mail Innovations, if you can help it!

1. Dont use UPS. I use FedEx. Just be patient- you indicated that it has only been 2 days. Usually it takes about 3 to 5 days at the most.
2. Cheap and fast don't go together...if you want cheap be prepared to wait.
