UPS Mail Innovations Has Held My Package For Nearly 3 Days?

It is stuck in Windsor CT on the status "processed" does anyone know when it will leave their facilities? I have used their service multiple times and never experienced an issue. It is a Video Game From Walmart. It FINALLY moved to austin.... now lets se how long THAT takes...
