what careers could combine health and fashion/beauty?

I am interested in both, and I need to map out a career path very soon. I'm discouraged by how separate they are. I'm interested in a primarily science focused path because I'm interested in helping people, in general are much more stable and reliable than a fashion background, and offers a good salary. However, I have wanted to be a fashion designer since the age of 5 and don't want to throw that dream out forever. I need a way to bring them together. The careers I can think of are: Podiatrist / designer: Could work as a consultant at a shoe company, or design supportive footwear I don't know what this is called, but someone who designs diving/swim suits to decrease drag, for olymic athletes, for example. A cosmetic chemist A dermatologist A glasses designer? Plastic surgery and orthodontry are too obvious... What is a creative career in fashion that applies a knowledge of the human body, botany, physics, or chemistry? Or, what is a creative career in any of these fields that can be influenced by fashion? Ok, I was browsing and I thought of perfumier (I am crap at chemistry though) forensic art historian (although not really fashion) I would like some real answers please, not spam! :P
