How to make a KLX110 street legal in MN?
I have a KLX110 that I would love to make street legal. Im planning on buying the street legal kit from Baja designs that includes headlight, tail light, brake light with the switch, horn, blinkers and license plate bracket. What can the Government say to me. What else needs to be done? And has it been done in minnesota? How can I get a title on it and register it and license it?

- If it doesn't have a VIN it is not street legal.
- Mirrors? DOT-approved tires? Speedometer? None of the above are standard on the KLX110, which is an off-road bike. How about seat height? I believe it is too low to be street legal at just under 27 inches. Remember, this is a kid-friendly bike, built just big enough for adults to ride, not to be confused with a regular adult bike, too big for kids to ride. Compare that to the dual-sport Yamaha XT250, street legal, with a seat height of just under 32 inches.
