Can you give me you opinion?

My husband and I have been together for about 6 years and married 2 years. We have a baby girl Isabelle who is 5 months old. We are renting a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo right now, and are planning on designing and building our own home. My husband's friend is an architect so he said he can get some of his work friends to help us. We have to give him ideas for the design of our house to make blue prints. 1. You should choose something that's in keeping with your neighborhood to get maximum resale.
2. i like num 4 better as long as it has some outside space for the kids to play with. this is a gorgeous house i hope they approve it for the tipe of neighboorhood you live in.
