How to Decorate my Apartment on a Budget?

I would like color coded rooms... Red & Black (Dragons) [Living Room] Blue & Black (Modern) [Bedroom] Purple & Black (Butterflies) [Bathrooms and Kitchen] My fiance and I don't have much starting out and we are trying to stick to the arrangements. If you can think of ANY money savers PLEASE answer. ♥

1. I think the best places to go to buy things for the home on a budget are places like Ross or T.J. Maxx because they sell name brands just at lower prices. Good luck with your place.
2. Hey a couple months back I wanted to re-decorate my place, but was very broke at the time. So what i did was try to re-use am much of my old stuff as a I could (cutting, painting, ect.). Also I looked for stuff at yard sales, you can get some pretty cool thing very cheap there. To use everything I got Ideas from this blog and apparently they have a video now.
