i would imagine that the best way would be to phone a few cleaning services and inquire as to what their rates are. It would also depend on how often you want the house cleaned and probably how messy it is. If they are charging by the hour, it could become quite costly if the house gets to be really messy.
I'm working through college and instead of working a part time job I clean houses so I'll tell you what I'd charge you. You didn't list your exact sq ft so this is a rough estimate. If you just want the bathrooms/bedrooms cleaned it's not going to cost you as much as an entire house. For just those I'd say maybe 55. For the entire house I'd say somewhere closer to 75-80. That would include everything from dusting to moping to vacuuming to counter tops, dishes in the sink etc. I do charge extra if say you had a bunch of sliders you wanted cleaned or windows outside etc. I don't charge extra for inside, just outside. If you wanted it more than once a week than it'd probably be 50 bucks per time.
