What are the 5 must have things in your modern house ?

I'll show you mine, then you show me yours.... #1 solar panels on roof, energy sufficient.... #2 rinnai tank-less water heater, unlimited hot water #3 urinal & bidet in bathroom #4 steam room & jacuzzi #5 weight & workout room What are you 5 must haves in your designer house ?

1. Haha. Here's mine: 1. Walk in shower and wardrobe (If I'm rich enough to have a designer house, I as well have a designer wardrobe too!) 2. Solar Hot water system 3. Entertainment room- Home Theater, Pool Table, Bar ect.. 4. Pool and Jacuzzi 5. Elevator (It will be a multi-story house, do you seriously think I will climb ALL THOSE STAIRS???) :D
2. 1. Terracotta tiles. 2. stucco balcony accessible via my room. 3. An attic redesigned as a rec room. 4. Awh yeah, Solar panels (and maybe a little windmill considering where I live). 5. My own giant library. (think Beauty and the Beast--but a little bit more sherlock holmes/Usquerian rusticism--I want it all!)
3. Stand alone electricity system, excess to requirements and feeds back into grid. Solar hot water, maybe heat sink. We actually had a urinal to go into our house under construction, but it developed a crack - now it's a fountain in the garden. Double person shower. Second toilet. Already have room allocated to be home theatre - fully insulated for night owls. We will have a spa, and a steam room if I can persuade the Boss. Cupboards all at or above waist height. You ask this in G & WS and don't expect a torrent of funny answers?

5. I like the urinal and the bidet. And the hot water. Here's mine: underfloor heating, large windows, enough bedrooms, an internal vacuum system and windows that are self cleaning.
6. Great question, and obviously price isn't a problem, lol... 1. A huge verandah 2. A pool long enough to swim a decent lap 3. Polished timber floors 4. A colourful treehouse in an old fig tree 5. Must be near (within walking distance) to the beach *Australian*

10. I ,can't think of anythign that I haven't already got. The essentials seem to already be here, hot and cold running water, flush toilet, central heating, electric light. The only thing I would like that we haven't got is my own private swimming pool, but we don't really have room for that.
