20 amp 350watt pyramid power supply in outdoor kitchen?

I have a kenwood car stereo and kenwood 6x9s and now we want to add two outdoor rock speakers (8 ohm). If i have to run a little two channel amp to push a little power to these two speakers do you think the above amp is powerful enough? I just want some simple sound in the backyard, more than just the two 6x9s. I want something to hide on the other side of the pool. (i know it would have been way simpler to install a home stereo, but we built it with a car stereo already and have to make it work :))

  1. Definitely. You might want to upgrade your gauge wire to your power source to a 10 or 8 gauge if you plan to power it all off a single power wire. Just got to make sure the amplifier is in a secure area where no moisture can get to the amp.
  2. You have to add up how much current the stereo pulls and how much the amp can pull to see if the 20 amp supply can supply it
