Which country/culture has the best kitchen in the world?

I'm talking about traditional food that originates from that country such as Chinese, Italian and so forth. I personally think it's the US. We have McDonald's and everybody in the world loves it and chooses it over their own food. Chinese prefer it over Chinese food, French over French food and so on. So to me it's a clear cut case. We make the best food in the world! Evidenced by the sales numbers!

I've never been to China so I can't really comment on authentic Chinese. McDonald's serves a purpose, but it is definitely not the best food in the world, nor does it sum up the food we eat in America.
