what skills do you need to be a student painter?

what do you need to be a student painter. I'm making my resume to be a Student Painter. I am 17 years old but none of my past jobs involve painting. So i was thinking of saying I'm all ways on time and responsible. I'm creative and love to draw and do web design and edit photos on the computer. I'm a social person and good at science. I don't know what to put for a summery and i don't have job experience. -5 years of babysitting -doing invoices for my mom at her work and filing -2 days of selling sunglasses at the mall

1. Put in all the experiences you have had and take time to set your aspirations right and most important put all of these on paper and be yourself because that is the true identity of a painter
2. It's critical to have a great resume, it is worth taking the time to compose something that looks great and does the job properly. The site in the box below has loads of information on resumes and help with alternative vocations.

You need a really good imagination and analytical skills...... just tell them you like to paint in your free time, but you should be painting anyway if you want to be a student painter......maybe you could say that your jobs have provided you with some insight into the world and have given you some good ideas and a theme for your future artwork?.............
4. - can climb ladder and dont scare height - ability to carry a tall (at least 24 ft) ladder - like working outdoor in the sun - friendly to customers - knowledge of painting preferred
