Movie poster design idea?

For english class I have to design a movie poster for the story "The Fall of the House of Usher" by Edgar Allen Poe. I want it to be really creative since I have to do a speech on it, but I have no idea where to start! Any tips or design ideas? Thanks.

1. The house is on the edge of a cliff by the sea. You could try that or you could do something like a hospital chart (since the lineage dies as well in the story) and have a ECG look like a house on the edge of a cliff.
