What is the difference between Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium (Mac OS) and Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design?

What is the difference between Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium (Mac OS) and Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium? Can I still use photoshop as a program itself? Like a normal photoshop program? (Since I'm only interested in that).

1. Yeah, those are suites of software - numerous titles all in one package. You can just buy photoshop itself for far cheaper.
2. One is for Web Design and creating websites, the other is for the graphics only. Both are suites which are package deals so they are more expensive and include a lot of programs. You can purchase Photoshop itself which is still a few hundred dollars. There is a free photo program called GIMP but I am not sure if it is for Mac.
