a very inexpensive school might be exceptable also.

1. There aren't any. Mine is costing me $8000 a year. Try the library. The problem is, you won't be accredited, and you might need licensing in your area which won't be possible without a degree. Further, you won't know where to start, or how to build upon what you're learning without a professional instructor. If you want to make money, you have to spend money.
