I am planning to redo my small bathroom myself. I have two delemas. should I go with beadboard or paneling?

the paneling has a marble looking tile. my house is a small ranch in florida built it 1964. also should I go with a vessal sink on a new vanity or a new vanity with the built in sink?

2. If you can, take the bead board half the way up the wall and chair rail the top of it .Than you can paint the upper wall. Get a very small vanity or a pedestal sink This will maximize the room you have.
3. Sorry I d do neither in a small bath.. The amount of moisture can easily damage wood.. If your doing it yourself, try a inexpensive tile w/ a simple chair rail top or small color liner.. GL Check cost a 4x4 tile in the big box store runs only about 1.10$ a s/f GL
