Redecorating a small bathroom and need to know where to keep the towels?

So I'm redecorating my little bathroom, and I got rid of the cheep white towel racks it came with and also the chrome thing three tiered rack that goes behind the toilet. Now, I face the delema; what do I do with the towels? I don't really want to get just another towel rack, and the bathroom is way too small for another three tiered rack. I want to keep them in the bathroom, but how should Keep them so they can be out, look halfway decent and not take up too much room?

1. Are we talking everyday towels or extras? Extras can be rolled and placed in a pretty basket or put a shelf above the door and stack them there. As for everyday towles you can take a drapery tie back and attach it to the wall as a towel hook. Or you can buy actual towel hooks.
2. you can mount a wall cabinet above the toilet or somewhere where it'd fit the best.
