Since the bathrooms on airplanes are so small, should they put an emergency pull chain on the wall?

in the event someone gets stuck or wedged in the bathroom and cannot get out?

1. There is a flight attendant call button in all the lavatories that I have seen in my career.
2. I though people who needed lap belt extensions were required to take those to the bathroom with them, to aid in emergency extractions. I guess I was in error.
3. You mean for very big people.. hmmm you might be right, if they put a pull chain on the wall it could prevent embarasement, if that doesn't help then a flight attendant button..
