Teen Mom.. MTV SHOW.. question !!!!!!?

When 16 and pregnant premiered, there was another girl besides Maci, Farrah, Amber, and Catelynn. Where did that girl go ? She had a really skinny boyfriend.. and she moved in with him and his mom. the up stairs had 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. I'm so confused ! helpppp!
