1. I wish I could find a game like that!! The only game I can think of is the Sims, and that is something you have to buy. Sorry I couldn't help you more! Ifyou find a game like the one you've descibed, let me know.
2. there are some cool games on iwin... it forces you to download this browser for your games, but you can get free ones there... its got this game, I cant remember the name, but you design a room for clients based on their wants... its fun =)
3. On the websites of the decorating channels they sometimes offer ways that you can compete by decorating a room or home depot has a design section. TLC HGTV Like those. Hope you find what you are looking for. Otherwise put in your seach engine free decorating and design games and it take you there if there is one out there
