Whats a good mainly plastic Airsoft gun?

My budget is $130US and i need a couple of cheap airsoft guns for back yard skirmishes either: 2 good pistols btw modern design not revolvers or ww etc or 2 spring (i no about the firing rate) or electric rifles my favorite guns are the FAMAS, MP5k, Glock 17 and Sig sauer so bonus points for replicas of those guns
